Seabourn, the ultra-luxury resort at sea, is revealing details about The Club, an idyllic setting for guests to mix and mingle, eat and drink, and tap their toes to good music in some of the most remote corners of the globe. The Club is being designed by hospitality design icon Adam D. Tihany for Seabourn’s two new ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition vessels, which will make its debut with the launch of Seabourn Venture in 2021 and follow on the yet-unnamed sister expedition ship in 2022.

Seabourn, the ultra-luxury resort at sea, has opened for sale the revised inaugural expedition season itineraries for Seabourn Venture, the line’s first ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship. Between December 2021 and April 2022, Seabourn Venture will sail on a series of 10- to 14-day Norwegian Winter voyages, cruising the beautiful coastlines in Norway with ample opportunities for travelers to discover the country’s splendid winter landscape and its snow-draped scenery, to learn about each region’s fascinating Viking history and culture, and to search for the majestic Northern Lights. Seabourn Venture 2021-2022 Norwegian Winter Inaugural Season Now Open For Sale

Seabourn, the ultra-luxury resort at sea, is celebrating a special milestone in its future growth with the commemorative cutting of the steel for the brand’s second ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship. T. Mariotti Managing Director Marco Ghiglione presided over the ceremony in San Giorgo di Nogare, Italy with Seabourn President Josh Leibowitz joining virtually.

“With two brand new ultra-luxury expedition ships now under construction, we are setting a new standard of luxury and adventure,” said Josh Leibowitz, president of Seabourn. “This milestone further underscores our commitment to the expedition travel category and I’m confident these ships will deliver extraordinary expedition experiences.”

First Steel Cut For Seabourn’s Second New Ultra-Luxury Purpose-Built Expedition Ship, Due For Delivery In 2022

Seabourn, the world’s finest ultra-luxury travel experience, will soon be offering guests a breathtaking perspective on the sights in the most coveted and remote destinations in the world. Introducing the Constellation Lounge, a viewing lounge located up high and forward to be featured on each of the line’s two new purpose-built expedition vessels that are scheduled to launch in 2021 and 2022 respectively.

Designed along the lines of the Observation Bar, among the most popular venues on every ship in the current Seabourn fleet, the Constellation Lounge will debut with the launch of Seabourn Venture in June 2021, and follow on the yet to be named sister expedition ship in May 2022. The name of the new lounge reflects the heavenly direction of the space, which is dressed up in constellation-inspired interiors, fashioned by hospitality design icon Adam D. Tihany, including dark carpeting laid out with bright constellation patterns. In addition, the furniture is being created and designed by Tihany Product Design. The name – Constellation Lounge - was last used on Seabourn Pride and is a nod to the heritage of luxury hospitality built over more than 30 years of operation.

Seabourn’s New Constellation Lounge To Feature Stunning 270-Degree Views On Its New Ultra-Luxury Expedition Ships

Seabourn, the world’s finest ultra-luxury travel experience, will open a window on the majesty of nature for guests of its new ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship, Seabourn Venture, which is set to sail to the world’s most coveted and remote destinations beginning in June 2021. The Bow Lounge is designed to further enhance the perspectives that the natural world presents, increasing the sense of discovery that is sure to captivate guests by bringing a view of the outside inside combined with direct access to the outdoors.

Located on Deck 6, at the forward-most part of the vessel, the Bow Lounge will provide the closest access to water level via the foredeck, making it the perfect spot for guests to spend some time watching for marine life. Within a few steps, guests can be outside, with a vantage point that is ideal to watch the ship’s course, spot wildlife, or take in the beautiful natural scenery.

The Bow Lounge is made for exploring in total comfort, offering panoramic views, a virtual bridge and easy access to the bow for unique wildlife encounters.

Seabourn, the world’s finest ultra-luxury cruise line, celebrated the keel laying for Seabourn Venture during a ceremony held today at the T. Mariotti shipyard in San Giorgio di Nogaro, Italy. With Seabourn Venture scheduled to debut in June 2021, today’s ceremony marks a significant milestone in the construction of the line’s first ultra-luxury purpose-built expedition ship.
